Fair Farm Bill
Do your part for organics and a fair Farm Bill. Take a few minutes to email or call your senators today and ask them to support the "Grassley-Dorgan" amendment to the Farm Bill (S.A. 3500).
Right now, Senators Charles Grassley (R-Iowa) and Byron Dorgan (D-North Dakota) are putting forward a bipartisan amendment that will:
  • Support local farmers markets and community-supported agriculture
  • Assist farmers converting to organic
  • Prevent mega-farms from getting millions of your tax dollars by capping payments at $250,000 per farm
  • Put more healthy, U.S.-grown organic food on your family's table
