The Top Five Helpful Hints to Making your own baby food

  • Have good reliable tools that work for you (a good blender, pots for steaming, food processor, rice cooker)
  • Keep Safety a priority
  • Use your intuition and listen to what your baby wants
  • Make enough for future meals to store in the freezer or refrigerator
  • Use ingredients that transfer over to your older child or even you! (ie. Make extra sweet potatoes for dinner and have some left over for the babe!)
